Performance & Recovery brings individualized one-on-one physical therapy and wellness services to adults and seniors in the comfort of your own home. We provide advanced-practice rehabilitation to those with neurological conditions as you recover and improve your long-term health.
I’m Patrick Reetz, Physical Therapist. I’ve been a PT since 2006, Board Certified Neurologic Specialist since 2010, and Board Certified Geriatric Specialist since 2022. In those years I have seen the inside of a healthcare system suffering at multiple points of failure. Despite this, I have seen amazing things happen for patients and families.
During my decade and a half of treating patients, I’ve worked in all of the major settings; outpatient clinics, hospitals/ICU’s, inpatient rehabs, in-home health, aquatic, nursing homes. Both the home and the clinic are essential locations for rehab. However, there are restrictions associated with both. Enter the concept of Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapy.
The basic idea is we bring the Physical Therapy clinic to you. You get the benefit of 1:1 hands-on treatment with a licensed physical therapist specialist in the convenience of your home but longer than the 30-40 minute sessions home health provides.
The other component of this model is that arbitrary insurance rules are cut out of the equation. We made the decision to only accept cash, Medicare, and be out-of-network with insurance companies. This way the amount of time we spend with you is not dictated by some adjuster and our treatment plan can be individualized to help you get back to doing the fun things you love to do.
