All sessions are 1:1 with a licensed Physical Therapist for 55-60 minutes. 

Traditional Medicare Part B covers 80% of fees. A supplemental insurance plan or Medicaid covers the other 20%. Which means no out-of-pocket cost for you if you're within your allotment. 

We accept Humana Military Tricare East, depending upon authorization and  benefit eligibility.

We are a non-network Tricare certified provider.

All others:  We are not in-network with commercial insurance. If you wish to have your insurance cover services, we can provide you with a Superbill and you will be responsible for getting reimbursed. We cannot guarantee reimbursement, but will assist you in every way we can.  

Initial evaluation and recertification - $150-$220 due at time of the initial visit. 

An additional fee may apply if you're outside of our coverage area.

Discounts are available with packages of multiple visits on a sliding scale, customer needs, location and financial situation.

Weekly visits -  $120-$195 per visit. An additional fee may apply, if you're outside of our coverage area.

Our choice to not be in-network with any insurance allows us the freedom to spend more time with you, charge on a sliding scale, see you in your home or other location, and to not be beholden to insurance company's arbitrary rules. 

Many cash-pay patients opt for 1 session per week. If you go to a large corporate PT clinic, you will likely go twice a week and see a licensed PT for 20-30 minutes each visit, then spend the rest of the time on exercise equipment and/or being supervised by an unlicensed tech or a PT Assistant. With our model you will be 1:1 with a PT for a full hour, which may be more total time per week face-to-face with a PT than if you went to a large clinic. 

Our goal is to get you better faster with fewer visits than an in-network clinic. At a large clinic, you may be paying a $50-80 copay per session at twice the number of visits. Add in the cost of gas, time taken away traveling to/from the clinic, and possible reimbursement from your insurance, you might come out ahead. 

Our mobile clinic is not for everyone and if we find you would be better serviced at a brick-and-mortar location or with a different specialist, we will provide you with that information.
