Performance & Recovery brings individualized one-on-one physical therapy and wellness services to adults and seniors in the comfort of your own home. We provide advanced-practice rehabilitation to those with neurological conditions as you recover and improve your long-term health.

Mobile Outpatient is not the same as home health.
Home health requires that a doctor certifies you as home-bound and may include nursing, wound care, speech/occupational and/or physical therapy, and is generally covered under Medicare Part A. Visits by therapists are limited to 30-40 minutes per visit and are often capped at around 6 per month.

Mobile Outpatient, sometimes called Concierge PT, is for people who will benefit from doing their therapy in a clinic, but either don’t want to go or can’t arrange to get to a brick-and-mortar clinic. Sessions are 1:1 with a licensed PT for ~1 hour and there is more flexibility in the frequency of visits each week. Essentially, we bring the clinic to you!

The best clinic for recovery is the one you’re already living in!

 We can treat you in YOUR home, complex gym or pool, or elsewhere on your property. For our non-Medicare patients, we can meet wherever you’d like! Want to work on Kayaking? Are you a bowling aficionado? Do you want to get back to hiking town lake trail? Maybe you’d just prefer your PT session in a park on a nice day. We are not constrained in WHERE we can see you!

Not all PTs and clinics are created equal.

We would love to take the time to talk with you and decide if our mobile clinic is a good fit for your goals. If we find that you would be better served at a physical clinic or need a clinician with a different specialty, we will point you in the right direction. We are available for 10 minute free discovery sessions over the phone or videochat to determine if we can help you achieve your goals and answer any other questions you may have.
